APPLICATION FORMS

The sale of application forms (U.G & P.G) will commence from the last week of April and will continue till the last date given by the Alagappa University.

Application forms:

Photocopies of the following should be enclosed along with the filled in application form:
a) Qualifying examination mark sheet.
b) Community Certificate
c) Transfer Certificate
d) Conduct Certificate
e) Physical Fitness Certificate

Application forms can be bought from the College in person on payment of Rs.100/- for UG, Rs.250/-for PG; through post, by sending a Demand Draft in favour of "Principal, TBAK College for Women, Kilakarai - 623 517" for Rs.125/- for UG and Rs.275/- for PG along with the Requisition Letter or can be downloaded from this site.
