STUDENT COUNCIL
The college council was formed in the year 1989-90 with the objective of creating a sense of social responsibilities among the students. The council consists of eleven members who are guided by a staff advisor. The Principal, HODs and the staff-in-charge of various activities do the selection and nomination of these members. The students council meets the Principal and the HOD's once in a month to discuss on the problems of the students and to plan the routine activities.
The students council undertakes the following activities
- Conducts the College Assembly.
- Organizing and Coordinating functions like Council Inauguration, Independence Day, Meelad - Un-Nabi, Republic Day, Graduates Day, College Day, Sports Day and various other functions.
- Distribution of ID cards to students.
- Arranging for driving classes for the students.
- Arranging the workshops to promote leadership quality among student leaders.
